Refund Pilicy

Refund claim must be submitted within 90 days time by email to support@3cb.com from the purchase date (purchase date is inclusive).

If you took the test at VUE, you must send us the Registration Name and related E-mail address. This is required to validate result. If you took the test at Prometric, then you must send us the Testing ID and the Registration Name. The refund claim includes the following essential information:

2. Purchase Date:
3. Order Description (Exam Code):
4. Last 4 digits of Credit Card (if pay by paypal, then do provide the related E-mail for the paypal account )
5. Candidate ID/Testing ID for VUE/ Prometric Testing Center
6. Score/ result sheet must indicate the same name of customer and with PDF format

Note:The moneyback guarantee is not applicable on following cases:

Wrong purchase. 3CB is free from thhe duty of wrong purchase, the customer must confirm they choose the correct exam
